West Coast Windows from Sweden

Founded in 1995 by building and glazing enthusiasts Claes Holm and Ove Svensson with 5 staff, Westcoast Windows has grown to 65 employees and fabricates approximately 40,000 units a year, half of which are exported.

The Westcoast window system is a unique true composite Aluminium/timber window system. The bonded construction has been developed and tested in one of the worlds toughest climates - the West Coast of Sweden. The external Aluminium offers a strong, attractive and easily maintained protection which is ideal for standing the tests of time. The internal timber finish brings warmth and natural beauty to the room and the bonded composite construction means that the timber component of the window is not exposed to the elements.

Renowned for high quality, the window system offers great flexibility in size, configuration and design and all windows are made to order at the fabrication plant located in Trollhattan, Sweden. Standard construction is Aluminium externally in any RAL colour with a bonded timber inner section available in Scandinavian Pine as standard. In addition, Westcoast offer the option of alternative internal timbers including Oak, making this system and the customer's order truly one of a kind!

Window styles include side hung casement, reversible side swing, top hung part and fully reversible, speciality windows in many shapes and styles, some of which are also available as openers. Complimentary doors include sliding patio doors together with outward and inward opening French doorsets. All windows and doors can be supplied double or triple glazed and custom sized making Westcoast one of the most flexible manufacturers in Sweden.
